Retiring out Athanor for one Refinery Structure

Hello,

This has been talked about before just not on the forums yet as an idea. So let’s talk about this option of what if? The idea would retire out new Athanors and would no longer be able to be made. The Athanors would change into a faction structures. In exchange for this, we would make the Tatara much cheaper around 3b and 1.5 billion for the core.

The idea is instead of rebalancing these structures we just retire one out in favor of a more purposeful and cheaper one.

Then players would be out billions of ISK in Athanor blueprints and Athanor installations. Do players who spent 30+ billion on a Tatara get refunded?

While I don’t have all the answers, here is another option to look at adding in 3rd structure for the refineries. Like we have for engineering complexes and citadels. I was more in favor of just one and more purposeful str. But as far as compensation would whole another topic.
