I need to contact RnD Agent in “Gallente Starship Engineering” Division, I use external sources like DotLan or I can do it ingame?
If there is no ingame feature, can we hope it will be developed and introduced soon?

I can do it using DotLan, but why not have it built-in?
The old agent finder (in game) worked just fine. Then it was improved by the introduction of The Agency.
