This must be a scam. I had a ORE Development Rorqual about 8 years ago, it was converted to a regular rorqual when ship skins where added to the game and I got a ORE Development SKIN for it.

CCP conversion stuff isn’t always flawless. It seems this one has survived the conversion you speak about.

It makes it a very rare ship, as I heard more talk about their ships being turned into skins+ship

If I were you I would immediately end this listing and message a few collectors privately.

Making CCP aware of it seems silly.

IF (and that’s an if) they let you keep it however, it would be worth a lot. 1t isn’t bad price.

I talked to the seller, it was discussed with CCP before making the listing. So that passed the CCP test

Stratios Emergency Responder is not even remotely comparable. 1000s of “Rorqual ORE Development” Edition BPCs were released as part of the second decade CE set. Surely 99.99% of these get converted to a SKIN and later to a Nocx Rush SKIN.

At the same time, there were just a few Stratios Emergency Responder ships, which never got converted to a SKIN. It was the other way around - there was Stratios ER… and CCP introduced Sanctuary SKINs, which look alike. But these weren’t the same things at any point in time.

This Rorq is a fine ship, but not like Stratios ER at all. Stratios ER never got converted to a SKIN. Thus, there is no risk of finding another Stratios ER in some expired contract or getting it converted to a SKIN at some point just because some eager CCP engineer will want to fix some past BPC/Ship to SKIN migration inconsistency.
