Unless its during a mass test, someone claimed a GM or CCP stated in a ticket that the rules only apply during Mass Testing. @CCP_Aurora has never actually given proof that it does or does not apply during mass testing.
General rules
- No interfering with CCP, volunteer or player testing.
- Combat by consent only, except in the designated combat system (M-OEE8).
Eh, the wording of rules would suggest otherwise. Maybe that GM was in error when he said it. Idk. What I do know, however, is that I would report him.
Pretty much zero enforcement of the test server rules happens outside of mass tests, unfortunately. Submitting issues via bug report directly on Sisi has been the only avenue that has eventually born fruit with these issues - generally months after the fact. Support GMs do not have Sisi authority to resolve issues, and the Sisi DEVs do not frequent the forums unless they are setting up a mass test or mirror.
