I deal solo in Amarr, i used to do runs to Jita but the travel time just killed it for me.
Also you can find anything you want in Amarr.
Prices may differ but in the end you still make a profit. Not in billions but enough to plex 2 accounts if you do minimum enough of a job.
TBH if more peeps moved into Amarr prices would fall and so would local profits. They may sell a little less often but you do not overproduce and hance have more time doing other stuff
I like the amarr balance vs isk compared to jita. As i do not like playing market games
It has more access to more HS systems that don’t need to travel through LS.
Also, it’s easy to get from Amarr to Jita flying all HS. The route planner is either just more bad CCP development or it’s designed to force you through LS.
Choose a hinge point between Amarr and Hek somewhere in the Southeast. Waypoint Amar>(hinge)>Hek>Jita. Done.
And potential WH to pochven spawning on the route in many places, trigs roaming and gatecamping in high sec. Doesnt have to be minor victory system. Guerilla war.
They are if you add them to list. But there is so much of them and they are in such places that you couldnt possibly travel from one market hub to another in High sec if using that list. You would have to stay in your pocket of safety. In casy you would be in Jita, you wouldnt even leave it.
I’m so glad about this outcome (despite the massive inconvenience it created - but inconvenience is sometimes beneficial for the game). I’ve always wanted the Empire regions to be more insulated from each other to promote decentralization. And with the current mining changes (I think CCP should keep mineral availability split between Hi/Low/Null even post-scarcity), things are moving in an interesting and healthy direction.
A lot of Amarr before was just arbitrage trading with Jita anyway. The only actual impact on Amarr is the probably the death of provi and delve, nothing to do with Niarja.
I came back after a several year break, the selection and pricing in Amarr I find leaves a lot to be desired. Most non faction or dead space modules you can acquire easily enough. Ammo is another story all together, same with ships.
I ended up flying to Jita to buy my Eos and outfit it there since that option quite literally was not an option in Amarr.
Beyond things you need NOW if you have the foresight you can keep an alt in Jita to buy and sell and use courier contracts between the hubs. Though occasionally they do fail, like a recent one did which had an nice abyssal module being moved, oh well I guess I buy the better dead space module from the extra collateral money so I came out ahead.
