Can anyone tell me if i run missions with SOE do i get “derivated” standing faction with “Gallente” with Storylines Missions?
it depends on the storyline mission. SOE can impact IIRC all 4 empires, at least i know the Epic Arc does, So it depends on what the storyline mission is asking.

Oh Oky ths 
Yes you get positive derived standing towards Gallente and Minmatar, and negative towards Amarr and Caldari.
But these derived factional standing changes aren’t very big. Just make sure that you don’t kill Amarr transports/structures as SOE agents sometimes give you these missions.
