Storyline question (SoE specifically)

I’m in the process of repairing some standings, and just did the SoE epic arc. In the process, I got an SoE storyline mission offer. If I do it, are there any derived standings changes (and, specifically, negative derived standings)?

And a general question, is there a way of seeing this in the mission offer? If it’s there, I’ve missed it.

Like everyone else, the Servant Sisters of Eve have friends and enemies. If you run any of the storyline missions in the arc there will be derived standing gains and losses.
