What you are asking can’t be quantified in that way.
You basically get a random selection of salvage, a random selection of the minerals that went into building the structure and a random selection of tier 4 pi that went into building the structure.
Within that the values vary wildly - compare two structures one where you got burned logic circuits and one where you got malfunctioning shield emitters - thanks to the massively different market value for these the total value can vary wildly. The same logic applies to minerals (with the addition that if you get say tritanium there may be too much for you to haul)
