Scaling BPO/BPC

As it is now we have to buy a BPO/BPC for large/medium/small, why not make it easier and have less “stuff” to jumble by being able to just use 1 BP that you can pick which size you need, in some BPC inventions we have to choose what type we want, similar here except when we go to build we just choose which size when using our BPO/BPC.
