I am a helper of newbros for more years than you have even played this game. In fact, I am arguing in multiple topics on multiple occasions in favor of newbros and in favor of mechanics that would benefit new or casual players instead of old rich veterans and their army of alts. Anyone who follows the discussions here on a regular basis can confirm that. I can tell when an idea simply wouldn’t work because I actually have some knowledge about how the game works, about what numbers we are actually talking when it comes to rats turned into wrecks each day and the number of people actually interested in “making a living from salvaging”. Hint: the difference between those numbers is magnitudes. NPCs are shot by the hundredthousands and newbros really picking “salvaging” as their desired path of career are not even a handful out of a hundred.
And even with two brain cells, from which one could be on vacation, anyone can tell that the drawbacks of making every wreck scannable by far outweight any possible benefits.
Looks to me that you simply can’t stand the fact that there are people in the game who have a better understanding about what we are talking about here and the consequences that such an idea would have. And even suggested a better idea (means: a one that at least could work) of how to get what the suggestion aims for.
But instead of facts (which I haven’t seen from you so far in this topic) you get emotional and claim some proper nonsense like “gatekeeping”. Go on, make yourself look more like a fool.
