Is there any benefit to selling ores and minerals at certain locations like mining stations and trading stations? Or will you get the same sale price anywhere?

Market in eve is player-run.
So the prices are decided by players - usually the further you are from trade hubs the less will you get for your ore/minerals.
There are 3rd party websites that can help you with prices, for example: https://evemarketer.com/types/28432/buy
Note: it is easier to transport raw ores in compressed form. To compress them you need to find a player structure with refining service active, dock there, move ore from ship to citadel, rightclick on ore stack > compress. Structure finder in the game helps greatly to find what you need.
