Green safety means no technical possibility to shoot at another player. It means that you don’t even have yellow safety setting enabled. That rules out any mechanic that would get a player in suspect or limited engagement status.
I’m sure that someone will find a way, using either a bug or an extreme edge case, but I’m 100% certain that as soon as that happens, it will be declared as an exploit and responsible parties banned. That’s what CCP devs are saying loud and clear, and I don’t have a reason not to trust them.
The rules for example prevent the hobby of seeding shuttles and stuff everywhere and mining the minerals for them in the same system if you are older than 30+ days.
So i will abide by the rules and not mine, but therefore i expect everyone else to be accountable as well.

The truth is no conspiracy theory and if you would not be that brainwashed you would realize that. The real myth here is this ‘this is a pvp game’ thing…cannot be farer from the truth…

The Tutorial is already a Separate Space for Newbies, if it had more packed into one or two systems with enhanced security, and more stuff would be added, like basic PI stuff, tha anyone can learn and experience??? I’m all for it… It would be a great retention tactic.
