well also hs mining sucks in general so the once dying are generaly not beeing replaced for a long time. If you not involve slave labour a athanor on a average moon takes about 1 year to repay itself. and they often dont life as long cause of the befor mentioned things. that is proberly how this graph comes partly to be

also that cull you see on that crap has nothing to do with wardecs that was propberly the patch where they added the abandoned state to the game as that happend in may 2020 and from there sou see the sharp drop

Siege green also reduced timers for medium structures to one instead of two. For sure that made a difference for many.
well the most moons i saw average around 350 mio a week but then i must have not looked well enough i guess. but with that value it buffels me even more that someone would jsut allow bully brigade/ Nukked coming in with 2 dudes and kill it.
i know you proberly wont belive me that as someone who was in charge of a hs wardec ally. i realy grown to hate that one man corp bs people pull to not be wardecable we where legitly looking for people to fight but cause everbody had their structures in a one man holding we deced everthing that we saw just hoping someone would assist, but then on the other hand we had also many small corps in our net that we normaly let of the hook for 200 mil and if they get deced in the future they should shoot us a mail we will see what we can do to assist(either way people for us to shoot).
Do you know a corp living in Highsec which is able to defend against people living in low or null sec, and is still living in Highsec though?

Dammfam for example we deced them for a fight and they brought down hole minfaction warfare on us. Great war would do it again in a heart beat.
we have assisted in defences against federation of conifers where they tried to extort a corp for 50 bil. after our involement and many dead leshaks and nestors on conifers side they settled for 5b we where only assising so it was not our call to make.
also many we have assisted on in that regard. most of them took us up on that 200 mill get a defence offer.
for the moon example just to make it clear means to defend yourself i do very much include paying someone else to do it for you in that. Thats what my first corp i joined in hs did to had no clue about fighting so they hired someone who did.
I am a 2 man corp, I war decced a random astra of a corp I know to have at least 12 characters available to pvp.
