We think 10% is already a high fee, but 10% per month is absolutely unaffordable. It takes time to turn large sums of ISK into profit. Certainly more than a month. But since the costs rise with every month, you quickly find yourself in a spiral where repayment becomes impossible.
Apart from that, we obtain the capital we need from our investment platform. However, since you “only” get 2.5% per month for your ISK there, we guess that’s not appealing to you. For the sake of completeness, here is the EVE Forum thread anyway and good luck with your service:
