CCPlease, over the last few months, on numerous occasions my computer shutdown while launching, due to power failures, battery drained, etc. and all my settings (Overview, DSCAN, Hangar display etc.) for that account are lost and I have to spend a day or 2 resetting everything back to the way It was. Can you PLEASE implement a backup/restore system for these settings? Or, even better, fix the situation where the settings get deleted in the event of an unexpected shutdown during client loading.

You can backup the settings yourself in the Appdata > Local > CCP > [installation location path] TQ_tranquility > Settings
I backup my settings regularly in a 7z archive because I had the same issue a few years ago. You can then simply extract the folder and everything should be fine again.
That said, it’s really time that CCP fixes this setting loss. It also happens when they screw up something with their patches.
