C:\ProgramData\CCP\EVE\SharedCache
This is not the cache directory I set.Even after I deleted it, it still downloaded it every time I logged in.

C:\ProgramData\CCP\EVE\SharedCache is the default system shared cache for the launcher. Even if you set a different path in Settings, that only changes where the game files are stored, not this service cache.

Deleting it is pointless, the launcher will recreate it every time. If you just want game data off C:, set your install/download location in Settings and ignore this folder.​

Thank you. Deleting the registry entries seems to have solved the problem.
