When pilot of Nestor , which has bonuses to drone damage and hitpoints, gives his drones to assist other pilot of other ship, which has no drone bonuses, do bonuses from Nestor still valid or not? I was sure that yes, but seems not… confused about that.

Yes the bonus remains.

Only one thing is taken over by the assist target and that is its targeting range.
Player B assist Player A with drones.
Player B has targeting range 30, Player A has targeting range 50.
Assuming the drones range of player B is equal/more than 50, his drones will assist player A. Player B himself can’t lock these targets and therefore he can’t send his drones to these targets by himself.
