I have made a list of things that I need to complete my singularity recovery. It is going to require 89 large skill injectors if it is going to do any bidding.

Sisi is a CCP test server. You aren’t entitled to stuff to help with independent testing.
You can buy skill injectors from other players on Sisi, buy seeded PLEX to get extractors from the Sisi New Eden Store to redistribute skills on your own character(s), and participate in mass tests to earn bonus unassigned skill points for use as you see fit.
Beyond that, you are on your own.
