Skill injector and pay to win effect

I can read what you said perfectly clearly. You just decided you were right by contradicting yourself.

Still stands that you dont need to be Omega to “win”, you just arbitrarily decided PvP was the only metric.

If you recall.

While gnarling the meat off the bone by using a Alpha pilot flying an 8x turret Tomato in high sec to solo gank to an Omega Venture pilot, that is what you call a P2W Plan two Win

I like it it.
Plan to win.

I said go pvp in a alpha, you answered by sending me to explore, i said its a bad idea without a cloak, you said real men dont need cloaks, i said that that can be said about any module, you said that you need hacking for exploration, i pointed out your fallacy and at that point you resorted to personal attack.

Just out of curiosity what other metric should we use other than pvp in a pvp centered game to judge success?

Cant say I did, sport. You pretty much did it to yourself.

And its an MMORPG. The winning metric is whatever you want. Its not centred on your narrow perception of “winning” through honorabu space bushido.

My narrow view is shared by a vast majority of the player base, if anything its not centered on your narrow perception of success in eve.

If you say so. I guess all those folk who also do exploration, industry, mining, abysses, missions, roams , invention, marketting, infiltration & espionage and nullsec fleet actions must all be wrong.

Fixed it for you

Why dont those things count exactly?

Because we have about 700 different guns and launchers in a pvp centered game

Forum PVP is the most active form of pvp on EVE XD

Please show us the numbers.

So 700 “different” (by tiny margins) weapons mean that spying and pvp roams dont count as PvP OR content…

Are you on drugs?

I never said that and no, unfortunately im not on any drugs atm.

Here is number 42, do you want to see more numbers?

Yeah me neither :frowning:

Both of you… Why not?
Seriously though, skill injectors serve two purposes. First people quickly sill alts into advanced ■■■■, and second retards inject into ■■■■ they have no business flying and feed them. I don’t see how to fix the first issue without ■■■■■■■ over the second. I kinda like retards injecting into things they have no idea how to fly. Because SP != Skill.

The skill extractor, skill injector system is market balanced.

we USED TO wait 6 months or even YEARS to

If you are impatient, get outta EVE Online. Oh well, now this is a very different game, very wow-ish. Instant gratification™.

Correct, and when the game was young this was a standard and good thing. The game is old now, archaically old by game standards. Old players may come back or stay, but eventually they fall off never to return. New players are required to keep the game going and a new player isn’t going to join a game where they quite literally have to wait years to fly the awesome ships without any means to actively speed up that time. Injectors give them the capability of actively speeding up that time. Since they are player made someone that put effort into making them get the economic benefit and the price is step enough and the diminishing returns are painful enough to deter any casual use of them.

Its not really an effort, and CCP get the money.

In terms of Isk, TTT seem to be the ones making the most Isk out of the deal.

And is it longer now for new players than it was when we were young?
