CCP probably has a list of players who will likely take them up on the offer and a list of players who likely will not.
AND THEY SENT THE OFFER TO THE WRONG LIST.

Got the offer twice first offer was something like Ā£42 got another 6 minutes later with the offer price of Ā£32
And you never know, you might be the well dressed killer too 
I remember I used to be proud and have a sense of accomplishment when I reached like 80m SP. My patience and planning had paid off. Now SP is worth USD and 130m is no big deal.
EDIT: With +4 implants and proper remap, using the accelerator brings the total SP of that bundle up to like 2.5 million. Jesus.
I was under the impression this deal is only for people who have purchased the last SP deal (1.5m plus expert cerebral accelerator for $39.99 USD). Did anyone here get that deal offered to them that didnāt buy a previous SP pack? On my accounts I didnāt buy it on, Iām still just seeing the regular $39.99 offering.
I have never purchased any SP packs and I received this offer. (And didnāt purchase it either)

This offer seems to be different from just buying SP. Based on what others have said and what was discussed on TiS, it seems this bundle was offered to players who had more than a few months of lapsed subscription. Doesnāt seem that bad to be offered the opportunity to buy now what I didnāt buy a few years ago.
Yeah, just like the other offer, ā1 million SP for $5ā was only supposed to be for new players, CCP said it was a bug, that it was being offered to everybody. They didnāt change the offer though, after they said that.
I think youāre mistaken, Iāve had this account subbed for almost 13 years and it has the special offer listed in itās account page. Now my other 3 accounts have been Alpha status for the past few months and they all have the special offer too.
On a side note, quite a few have said they received an Email notification from CCP about it. None of my accounts ever received an Email about it.
The only reason I found out about the special offer is because somebody posted in this thread saying that the special offer will be available if you log into your account.

I Actually think this mechanic is insanely good for the game, though massively over priced. Its at the point where buying larger injectors is cheaper.
Honestly this should be a once in a year time of deal for accounts that have been inactive and it should be 250k skill points a day after a month of not playing and should only cost $4.95 to catch up, have a cap of 75m sp and should have some other requirement like subscribed for 3 consecutive months some time in the past, and since the last offer was made.
Under this conditions youād have to come back pay the 4.95 and then pay for 3 months of subscriptions to be able to get the resurgence mechanic again. working like this, the mechanic would be truly amazing for the game.

43 bucks for 1.62 million sp? It doesnāt come with anything else, does it?
The normal skill pack is 40 bucks for 1.5 million, and you get that expert cerebral accelerator.
And converting plex to skill injectors also looks like you get 4 injectors for around 40 bucks worth of plex.
