No, the topic is “Skills on the market”, specified further to be something confusing / bad / wrong with skills, that makes a person that actually knows about the game go “Whats up with skills on the market.”. Further specifying 2 examples and also specifically specifying there is more with the “etc”.
So, as a lot of trolling has again obscured the thread.
This happened on or very close to 2024-12-10. Anyone who says forever / ages etc, is just a troll.
This is NPC seed orders, anyone who say players did this, is just a troll.
This seems to be all Caldari space. Took a quick look in The Forge, The Citadel and Lonetrek. As Gerard Amatin points out. EVE Tycoon confirms the issue also exist in Black Rise (at least in ESI).
This is well above 50 different skills, including but not limited to some of: Caldari ship skills, Shield and Missile skills (which are Caldari primary skills), some Gunnery (where Hybrid guns should be Caldari’s secondary weapon system) and fundamental skills (including some of Magic 14).
For the affected markets, this is all seeds from all corps in all their stations.
Seems to be the same skills in all the regions, but not going to bother test this.
Is it intended? At this scale it seems impossible not to be, but where is the dev post explaining why Caldari players should suddenly not have access to the standard skill books without visiting foreign space?

And we can then see, once the trolls caught up on the subject. It seems to have been fixed.
Again, many fundamental skills (like the magic 14) do not need to be seeded anywhere as these skills are already unlocked for every new character.
Seeding these skills would be pointless.
