Are the lootable slaves worth keeping? I looted them from a level 3 mission but I have no use for them. Is there a market for them in trade hubs or are they better left on the wrecks due to lack of value?

Pair them up with some exotic dancers as well.
Maybe some spirits and a fedo too.

You can sell them on the market for a small amount of ISK. Have a look at the info -> legality; outside the Amarr control regions you can be hit with a minor standing hit & fine.
CCP should implement a training module for citadels so we can turn slaves into exotic dancers or other useful jobs.

Oh, nice suggestion. Fedos are great. You roast them, grind them up then snort them.
