Since a couple of patches ago, I noticed that in the smaller pirate sites, I can still see the little radio dish somewhere in the site, but I can no longer select and orbit it.
Anybody else notice this?

Yes. CCP is converting static non-interactable objects into backdrop assets that can’t be clicked on. It’s been going for for a couple of months now and they are rolling out changes gradually.
For those Anomaly sites, just orbit the first NPC wreck you make after warping into the site…
For the Deadspace sites, orbit the ‘Warp-in’ beacon after accessing the acceleration gate to the site…
