What do you think to make small tiime delay for targeting possibility for caps ships after cyno jump? Like 1 min? It should be great for cruise size ships. For smaller ships like black ops or bombers should stay with no delay. I think that small pvp is dying because of capital drops. Pls dont let this fun part of game die.

I don’t care for capitals but 1 minute in eve is quite a long time, how about 30 seconds.
