I think its Hilmar selling his spare copy for dank $. 
Anyone that wanted it had ample time buying it officially. Took days for the UK/EU stock to run out and weeks for the US and worldwide one…

I mean, once people buy the book it’s their property and they can do whatever they want with it. I’d be very flattered if someone paid two grand for a book I wrote, but that’s pretty ridiculous.

Seemingly not yet at least… I think (hope) 2k is probably over the limit for most people.
I’ll sell you mine for half that price as, sadly, the plastic film has been removed, but it’s still in the delivery box 
Oh and nothing has been redeemed via the codes…
Seems like he dropped price on it too. Special price $1599.
