Unless you are part of the ban-aspirant club, you will not be banned. That all depends on your behavior, and not from the behavior of your “friends” nor from the fact that you own a permit.
Regarding your friends, hum… I think you did not chose them wisely and you must feel very lonely now. I am sure you are a very nice guy who represent friends interests “post-mortem” in forums… that’s also very cool !
So, well, find new friends, rinse and repeat. That is what they usually say. Just make sure you select the right friends so that you don’t have to rinse too often.

Exactly what “game non-intended techniques” are you talking about? Shooting retrievers with catalysts?
I have friends all over the place, PL, GSF, Sniggwaffe, CODE., ag, merc groups, w-space
I just happen to choose friends who go all in all the time, friends who love action.
I wouldn’t change anything tbh, esp since I can count on all.of them

Learning and reading for your own sake is not a loss of time, its called education and takes time, obviously you did not spend that necessary time, but it’s not too late friend.
What is not cool is only shooting at Retrievers and around the clock, in the same system, for profit and with the intend to create anger and a violent response, therefore intentionally ruining the game experience of your co-players, then publishing the response and making fun out of it in public.
This is I guess an interpretation of “non-intended” techniques, and again makes you a ban-aspirant.

Hm. Not sure how to address this without writing three pages about it…
I think that claiming “not to care” about anything is a bad approach towards everything. Like, for example, I care about every single one of you. I believe it’s important, because everyone’s a part of the bigger picture.
This whole thing started (at least from my POV), because you apparently felt the need to write a mail about something you claimed not to care about. In this context, declaring that you’re not caring can be called hypocrisy, because when someone doesn’t care then it doesn’t affect him. Evidence though (the mail), proves the contrary.
There’s this interesting phenomenon I have to look at, where people who use computers to communicate a lot (like we do), apparently disconnect themselves from their feelings. I don’t yet know how to describe that any better. I’ve been observing that since the mid 90s, fell victim to it myself, noticed it, corrected it, but still haven’t figured it out.
It makes people, who write long walls of texts ranting about something, not realize that they “care” or “are angry about something”. Maybe cognitive dissonance? I don’t know.
Anyhow, I’m off into lurking mode. My schedule says I have work to do.

If you have so many “friends” all over the place and they all like action like OP, then we will end-up only you and me in EVE in a very short time, Perm-ban chopping block oblige.

The first one is correct, since you are saying “I could not care any less than i currently do about this”
The second one is not a sentence, it means nothing. Closest meaning one might glean from that is maybe “I am careless one way or another” and since Careless is not the same meaning as Care Less it doesn’t apply here anyway. You would essentially be informing us that you are in some way unreliable with important objects, information and situations.
The third one indicates that you actually do care somewhat about the situation, since you are saying “I care enough about this, that it would indeed be possible for me to care a bit less”

Seriously though Dr Injector, can you point to any specific thing I do that is a EULA violation, because so far you’re just kinda doing this hand-wavy thing toward my whole play style and calling it mean.

In addition, I am sure you are not violating the EULA (or maybe you do, but it’s not up to me to say that since I cannot prove it).
But… yes there is a but, it does not specify that you must violate the EULA in order to be banned. You can be banned just by doing things CCP does not like… yep that is something you need to keep in mind.

Yes true, OP was not banned, only his friends were, yes, same for you, only your friends were, I got it.
What I want to mention is that its lame delivering dirty tears because you or your friends or his friends, or your grand-mother or any other related toon in your family were banned.
