Keno, I think you were the emotional one, you accused me of saying what another player wrote, all I said it was like saying the same thing about carebears. Then you decided that I said what the other player said and started talking about a mail exchange we had, feel free to apologise if you are man enough.

And on reflection checking back on yellow parasol’s post where I thought she was being a hypocrite after reading it again I think that my feeling was incorrect, I must have been emotional like Keno when I read that, so I take back my comment about yellow parasol being a hypocrite.
Now that is done perhaps yellow parasol can point out where I have been one?

The truth is that CCP has left room for interpretation. One GM’s definition of extending CONCORD response time might not match the definition of another.
I have personal experience with getting a 2-week suspension for “extending CONCORD response time”. It came as a shock because I knew I hadn’t done anything out of the ordinary, and confirmed this after going all CSI: New Eden through my logs. Naturally I petitioned the suspension, shared all my logs and broke down the response times and proved that nothing out of the ordinary happened. When I asked exactly what they found I was told they couldn’t release any information. I escalated the ticket where after going back and forth 5 times, it was revealed to me that undocking from a station or citadel while GCC and attacking quickly before dying to CONCORD was the reason for the suspension. The weird thing is that it has nothing to do with CONCORD because they were responding normally. So I was essentially suspended for 2 weeks for some unwritten rule. I was pretty shocked that I would never even been given the courtesy of a warning against one of their unwritten and completely undocumented rules.
I know a lot of you hate ganking and like to toe the line of your own definition of what the exploit notification means, but the truth is that CCP doesn’t know what they are doing.
All that said, BG was a good friend of mine and someone that is probably the most knowledgeable person in the game (alongside PV Rock) when it comes to mechanics and how to find a way to make them work for him.
