@Ida_Nozomi These characters are well worth the buyout amounts posted to the person who wants to mine today without training 3 months after buying a character. These characters also have most if not all racial carrier/dread skillbooks which is a completely free bonus of buying an existing character. Quit trying to haggle the price based on something these characters are not advertised to do.
Tiburtius has 2 carriers to level V and all you would need to do is train fighter skills . If you don’t want to pay for it please look elsewhere.
