I had to transfer the character I actually wanted them on which was why it was such a PITA. You can imagine having to contract all your assets away and then back again once returned…
That being said, I have heard of CCP un-redeeming SKINs for some things like the login rewards so perhaps they’d be willing in this case too.

Be warned CCP took ages to reply to Kelon last time despite it being related to P4G. But I will say you are protected by the “no scamming” rule of the P4G campaign so you can always send the payment in time for the campaign and sort out the gritty afterwards (that’s what we ended up doing last time).
