Well, I will need to train up quite a few engine skills and spaceship skills. Also total sp is 20m, so I already offered a good price. Previously some 25-27m sp characters went for 15b, so dont intend to spend a lot.

However, considering you are looking for more isk, I would do 13b isk which is ready. I can literally transfer when I login after work today.
