Looking for suggestions for VNI ganking. I’m thinking T3C might be the most logical option. Stealth Bomber is very risky. Recons wouldn’t have enough tank or dps to be effective.
What have you had success solo ganking VNI’s in? Cloaky HAM Loki with webs?

Stratios is the boat you were looking for.
Rapier works good if tanky and dual web. Slows them down so that rats do great part of the work to kill them.
T3D works also if they are AFK long enough.
