Solution to the Empire ganking trend

Watch out! CCP might ban you for something they refuse to clarify and don’t understand!!

You’re full of it, CCP are on record as saying the exact opposite with regards to manipulating Concord within the normal parameters that govern their actions.

GM Lelouch

Hello all,

In order to clear up our current stance concerning this mechanic, I’m going to attach the ticket response I sent to Benny Ohu:

We do not consider intentionally spawning CONCORD using disposable ships an exploit at this time. This is, like all policies, subject to change in the future if deemed necessary for some reason, but we have no current plans to make any changes to this stance.

To put our stance quite clearly, we currently make no distinction between these two scenarios:

a. Suicide gank. CONCORD is spawned because Player A attacks Player B without the rights to do so.
b. Defensive spawning. CONCORD is spawned because Player A’s alt character attacks Player A without the rights to do so.

My best guess would be that the confusion stems from different rules having been broken. There are two exploits of sorts which I can think of which could have led to warnings being placed in a scenario similar to “b” above.

Furthermore as per a post in the NRDS Compliant Anti-Gank Permit - #62 by Lawrence_Lawton thread.

TL;DR you have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about, nor can you back up your claims. Now don this dunce hat and go sit on the naughty step to consider the consequences of your ignorance.

The war dec mechanic is there for a reason, but how many haulers dodge it by staying in an npc Corp?

Tldr I already acknowledged that.
Thanks for trying I guess.
Perhaps you should read my response to Chainsaw.

When you start flagging your old buds at Code dumping on you, like loyal #cough# I mean Trump the king. I think you have probs.

I still remember Jimmy dumping on you in the old forums, remember what he said?

Time you found better company eh?!

dont pay him isk to teach you. lol wtf man…

the advice is solid. invest in a cyno toon for a JF and keep them both out of corp etc… npc corp is good. Also, Id advise on learning to minimize risk and start excelling on logistics with no loss…

think, what is the safest system in Eve Online? Any system with 0 local…

As mentioned before, JFs are the key to logistics in a relatively covert manner. If you have to haul in high sec, try using a webbing escort, like a huggin or rapier, and warp along with the freighter, webbing him instantly off each gate. You will have to wait the 60 to jump with the webber but can make each jump less than 2 min which greatly improves time from start to finish. Though this takes a second account or a TRUSTED friend in the same corp as the hauler itself, and allow friendly fire in corp details. But I do believe if you are being in fact targeted, there may be nothing you can do if you undock with that freighter full of goods… and use the same systems jumping assets gate to gate.
