Something that fixed it all for me. (launcher crash issues + lag)

I do not know if I just got lucky or what. When I came home today, I was unable to launch the launcher at all, it would crash immediately no matter if i tried to reinstall the game or clear all of the caches.

I found this thread which was from a couple years back;

So I found a workaround that works for me. I’m sharing it in the hope that it helps some people: (the first steps might not be necessary, but I did it that way to be sure) uninstall every instance of eve online remove all ccp registries (for some reason they sometimes stay?): type ‘regedit’ in any windows search bar navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE right click CCP -> delete (now the important bits) download some version of the old launcher (https://binaries.eveonline.com/EveLaunche…

I followed his instructions and the only thing that did not work was clicking cancel. So I let it update that launcher and bam, everything worked perfect from that point on. No crashes, no lag, no disconnects.

I am not sure if its anything, but I figured Id post it up hopefully it helps someone.
