Sort by Estimated Total Price and Default Sort by Hangar

There is a sort by price (which in a ship hangar sorts by the hull price), but would be awesome to be able to sort by the total estimated price of the ship and fittings/contents.

Also, if I make a setting change to the sort in one hangar, it would be cool if that didn’t have to apply to all other hangars, too.
