[SOUND] Reduce the Volume of Mining Module relative to Distance of Camera from Ship

The mining sound effects played when mining modules finish a cycle is cool, but also quite obnoxious as there is no way simple way to adjust how I experience this sound.

Many ship-related sounds seem to fade as camera distance increases from the ship. I wonder if implementing this to this new sound effect would generally be a nice QOL improvement.

I imagine it is the sound of the minerals settling inside the ore bay, so making the sound diminish as the camera moves away makes sense.
