Is there still structures or stations open to neutrals in south Providence?
I am not up on my Providence politics or geography, but I was able to find a CVA owned refinery that I could dock at at the space south tip of the region, and the CVA is not particularly fond of me that I am aware of.
I am not certain where you’re specifically looking, or what you’re looking for, but you can bring up the map and find structures in the system info window on the ‘structures’ tab. If they list a docking service, you can dock there.
Yes there are still plenty of places neutrals can dock, Provi is NRDS.
