Since Fanfest just announced that the client is being translated into Spanish, does it make sense to go ahead and add a Spanish section to the forums?

If they get ISDs who speak Spanish natively, they will probably add a forum section alongside or after the localization goes live. I don’t think they typically add the forum section beforehand.
