Static Data Export missing typeIDs

I’m trying to build a plugin for my app to have access to the SDE information. I’m hitting a wall as I am trying to import them into my database and build relations, there are certain items that do not have a typeID in the typeIDs file of the SDE. I can’t even resolve it through ESI.

The reference is from the blueprints.yaml (or industryActivityMaterials.csv from fuzzworks). The missing typeID I can’t find is 3924. The typeIDs.yaml and associated csv just skip right over it.

Any idea what I might be missing?
