I’m seeing a multiboxer with 10+ characters in a highsec area. Each character is flying a Stiletto, and I don’t see why. I know that many multiboxers are flying fleets of navy cruisers doing Homefront operations, but I don’t know if there is some that requires interceptors.
Stilettos are too squishy for burners. They are nowhere near FW zones. Interceptors are a waste of ISK for SP farmers. So, are they needed for a specific Homefront operation, or am I missing something?
Travel too and from destinations in null, low, high, whs, etc. Better than shuttles or noob ships. Can be fitted specifically for travel, hyperspatialized, nano or i-stabbed, MWDs, etc.
There are actually a few travel options in small ships to get around fast if you wanna go fly around from desto to desto.
Yeah, I’d suspect either traveling or relocating clones.
Have you tried to open a convo and just begin a friendly conversation? Sometimes if you ask nicely and explain your curiosity, they will actually tell you what is going on…
I was there just for a couple of days to do some logistics. I’m not in the area any more.
Then it might remain one of the unsolved EVE mysteries forever. 
I once saw a guy waiting outside Jita with a whole fleet of different ships, not doing anything. Not trying to gank someone, not flying anywhere, not dockinng, not remote-supporting or scanning anyone… Also way out of position to tackle anyone coming to or leaving the station so it also wasn’t for a wardec… After days and weeks seeing him doing that with a whole bunch of ships, literally just floating there for hours and hours each day, I sent him a mail what the heck he was doing.
In the end he told me that he placed killrights on his ships with an alt, for a price above his production costs. He was just waiting for people trying to pimp their killboards with easy kills. So they activated the killright, killing him for the mail, essentially “buying” the ship from him. Was doing that with multiple accounts at the same time. No idea how much profit you can generate with that, but it was (is?) his business model…
Yeah… I’m betting on these Stilettos having a similar crazy edge case story. If I see him again, I’ll ask 
The other thing you can do with that many characters if you are in Jita is trading. So it becomes passive on semiactive isk making. Zarkhon Zorg has been in Jita for years doing this.
