Not sure if you understand his method, doing that will require a lot of work, like 32, 48 and more missions being completed before actually getting a Storyline Agent in the same Corp as your regular Agents. With just a little bit of prep, the method I listed is actually quicker.
As for the in-game Agent Finder, I don’t think it will show all Agents, or any Storyline Agents…

I selected ‘Search Everywhere’ option, then selected ‘Brutor Tribe’ in ‘Corporations’ menu, then selected ‘Minmatar Republic’ in ‘Factions’ menu, then selected ‘Agent Type’ in ‘Choose Sort Field’ menu and in the order menu right below it I selected ‘Descending’ …
The results had Brutor Tribe Storyline Agents listed first… In fact there’s only 2x Brutor Tribe Storyline Agents in the game, one in Rens system and the other one in Frarn system…
