I’ve died in laggy fight in which server node crashed, after connecting I was in home station but there were no pod. I can’t jumpclone, undock or use any ship. Is there a way to do something with it? Wrote a ticket but it’s been days and no answer.

FC must really hate you. They biomassed you but forced your spirit to linger.
Make a payment issue ticket, say you either want this fixed ASAP or a refund on your omega time.
It’s a fact of life that payment issues always get priority, and you’re lucky to have a scenario where categorising this ticket as such is a reasonable thing to do.
A stuck ticket should suffice:
Gameplay Support → Stuck character
That should get answered reasonably fast.
I made stuck character ticket right after that, that’s true answer was fast but I was told to make ship loss ticket and from that moment I’m stuck. Still no response. Cleaning cache, verifying files, praying nothing helped.
Right about now, you’re wishing that they still had walking in station! You’d have something to do 
Sounds to me as if they possibly didn’t understand your problem. Did you add a screenshot or several detailing the problem? Possibly with added red marks for where the expected stuff is missing?
Don’t take offence, but sometimes it is just hard to understand what a customer is reporting.
So i would just reopen/continue that stuck ticket and add screenshots and try to explain again. Sounds completely wrong to me to having to request to replace a pod.
Maybe they got it wrong and think you ask for replacing a pod with lost implants or something like this and don’t figure that you have no pod at all present. I would just add a screenshot of the empty platform with a red circle and describe the missing pod again and that you also can’t click on “Board my Corvette”. Or can you?
He said the corvette button is greyed out.

That’s part of ticket i added few screens to second ticket. I don’t think that someone can get this wrong. I’ve tried livechat with support where i explained my problem but all answers that there is a lot of tickets and i was asked for patience.
So it looks like only thing i can do i wait.
