I could be misunderstanding something here, but I’m not sure.
When constructing a Subsystem Assembly Array it seems the only required component is a Subsystem Assembly Array.

What is the point of trying to build something you have to buy in order to build it?

Those assembly arrays are about to be removed from the game soon. Production is not possible anymore.
