no, would be terrible ….
Why not.
This would be a buff to using local chat as intel tool, to see if danger is in system.
However, I think local chat has unintentionally become be too much of a reliable intel tool already.
If anything I believe EVE needs some changes to make local chat less of an intel tool rather than even more reliable.
