Do those crates still contain Plex as rare loot?
I haven’t heard that CCP has changed that. But it’s extremely rare. So rare, that not all characters will get it by the time they reach Marshal BPC (at which point any self-respecting player will stop doing PD).

I once bought a couple of hundred crates to complete my skin collection for my characters. None dropped PLEX.
I have got it on 2 out of my 3 characters who have completed PD (till Marshal blueprint). And the amount of PLEX was 10 or so.
