Support Response Time?

Incredibly frustrating. Its like being on the phone on hold for a week, not knowing if the other party has hung up.

3 tickets, same issue of account recovery. First ticket was never responded to. Second ticket i got a response within an hour, answered their security question then was “transferred to the correct dept”, no further response. Third ticket no response.

I don’t know if i should open another ticket, or do nothing.

One hour or three weeks or more you will just have to wait until they respond when they get around to it.
