Support ticket

If anyone here knows how to contact support could you please ask them to take a look at my ticket it has been waiting for almost two weeks with no reply. Usually, it is within 24 hours?

If any forum moderators are able to contact the support team and nudge them for me I would be grateful.

Forums cannot help you with support tickets. Support team does not give preferential treatment to anyone. Ticket are assigned a “ranking” according to the severity of the issue, please wait for your ticket to move up the queue and they will get to yours eventually.
