Ticket?

hi,

I opened 3 tickets on December 2(820300, 822164, 834653) and I still have no response from the support.
The support works? Need 3 weeks to answer?

This isnt the place to discuss tickets. If you submitted 3 for the same issue, you are making things worse. It depends on how big the queue was before you submitted them, and probably, importance of issue.

If you’ve filed a support ticket, please wait for a response.

The GM Team can’t offer ticket responses via the forums.

Also, filing multiple tickets will only slow the process down.
