*They're Just Swamped With Tickets* Is the Support Ticketing System Down?

To whom it may concern,

Is the support ticketing system down? I’m going on day 8 without a single reply; automated or otherwise, to three(3) separate issues, and 4yrs of subscription time that’s disappeared.

Please advise.

The GM’s managing tickets are just swamped with them. It’ll just take time for them to get back to you.
