Is it possible to remove sub systems and install new ones???
Or do you have too buy a New one Each time you build a T3???
All modules can be changed out on a T3 cruiser, including rigs.

All Subsystems can indeed be changed out when you so desire, given that you are at a location with a Fitting service. Also in the last rebalance of T3 Cruisers they made it possible for Rigs to be swapped out as well without destroying them (Only a T3 Cruiser Feature).
Since out seams like you haven’t flown them yet if you are still in training for one remember this.
