That thing at the Back

I know a couple of my Posts have been minor complaints, this is no different  …why do we have an Ore Hold Icon at the back of the Ship, Floating in Space after a Scan? I can already see my Ore Hold 3 other ways, the little Holds & Bays Icon left of the HUD shows more detail. So that other thing isn’t really needed.
Most Respectfully.

Yea, the new ore hold tracker is redundant.

Hopefully they’ll add an option to turn it off so I can use the new mining sensor UI without it.

It is not only redundant, but bears absolute similarity to how modern applets and websites show loading errors. Whenever i look at it, i get a small shock as if my ship is about to die due to loss of internet connection and missing client updates…

The UI designer really should need to explain him/herself for seemingly lack of knowledge on how similar looking elements are used in todays world of computing and why it was not made different to those.

Because miners are too lazy to use any of the provided 3 other ways.

Eve is a game where certain segments of the player base whine about having to perform an extra mouse click.

what extra mouseclick? you can permanently switch the standard cargohold indicator to the required cargohold it should indicate…no further mouseclick needed ever again.

Ah, yes, when the point of a post is stratospheric compared to you.

Clicking a single button to open your hold and look at it was too much effort for some, so now they don’t need to click on anything.

I keep Active Ship Window up…no click…but it’s just a click. Do they wanna play the Game or watch it?:person_facepalming:

Also, you can hover over the Holds & Bays Icon..no click…but shiit, you have to move the Mouse :face_with_crossed_out_eyes:
